Comprehensive Psychological Assessments

Meadow & Mind Psychological Services provides comprehensive psychological assessments in Paoli for children, adolescents, and adults.

The Testing Process

1. Intake

We start with an in-depth intake session to discuss your concerns, background, and goals. This helps me get a full picture of your strengths and challenges and tailor the assessment accordingly. For children, this includes input from parents and teachers. For adults, we explore how symptoms show up in everyday life, work, and relationships.

2. Testing

Using research-backed tools, I assess areas such as: Attention, focus, and executive functioning, social communication and emotional regulation, sensory experiences and behavior patterns, and cognitive and adaptive functioning The process typically includes structured testing, rating scales, interviews, and observations. When helpful, I collaborate with schools or other providers to gather additional insight.

3. Feedback

After the assessment is complete, we’ll meet to go over the results. I’ll explain what the findings mean in clear, straightforward language, and answer any questions you may have. We’ll also talk about next steps and what supports might be helpful.

4. Written Report

You’ll receive a detailed report that includes test results, diagnostic impressions (if applicable), and personalized recommendations. This can be used to access school or workplace accommodations, support services, or treatment planning.

ADHD Testing

ADHD looks different from person to person. It can affect focus, organization, emotions, relationships, and self-esteem. My assessments take a full-picture approach—looking at more than just symptoms—to help identify how ADHD shows up for you and what kinds of strategies or supports can help. I work with:
  • Children struggling with attention, impulse control, or learning
  • Teens navigating school, peer dynamics, or emotional regulation
  • Adults exploring long-standing challenges or seeking a diagnosis for the first time.

Autism Testing

Psychoeducational Evaluation

I approach Autism assessments with respect for the diversity within the spectrum. Whether you’re exploring a diagnosis for a child or wondering if autism might explain certain lifelong patterns, I focus on understanding each person’s unique profile—not just checking boxes. Assessments include:

Sometimes academic struggles go deeper than what’s visible on the surface. A psychoeducational evaluation helps uncover what’s really going on—whether it’s a learning difference, cognitive processing challenge, or emotional factor that’s affecting school performance. These evaluations provide clarity, answers, and actionable recommendations tailored to the student’s unique profile.

I work with:

  • Children showing signs of learning difficulties or underperformance in school
  • Teens preparing for IEP/504 planning or navigating academic transitions
  • College students or adults seeking accommodations or clarity around long-standing academic challenges

My goal is to help you or your child better understand how you learn, where the roadblocks are, and what kinds of strategies and supports can truly make a difference.

  • Social and communication style
  • Sensory processing and behavioral patterns
  • Strengths, coping strategies, and daily functioning
My goal is to provide insight and support that help you or your child feel understood—not pathologized.
