I’m a licensed psychologist based in Paoli, PA. My work is shaped by both clinical expertise and lived experience. After navigating infertility, IVF, and eventually motherhood myself, I came to this field with a deep appreciation for how isolating and overwhelming life transitions can be, even (or especially) when you’re “high functioning” on the outside.
My therapy style is warm and collaborative, but also honest, grounded, and often infused with humor and a little sarcasm, because sometimes laughter makes the hard stuff easier to hold. I specialize in ADHD and Autism, reproductive mental health, and relational work with individuals and couples. I also conduct psychological assessments that help clients understand the deeper layers of how their brains and emotional patterns work.
I earned my BA in Psychology from Hartwick College and my MA and PsyD from Immaculata University. I also have advanced training in psychological testing, ADHD, perinatal mental health, and couples counseling. Whether you’re seeking therapy or testing, I bring curiosity, clarity, and care to help you feel understood, not pathologized.
Hi, I’m Annalise, a practicum student at Meadow & Mind. I’m currently completing my PsyD in Clinical Psychology at Immaculata University. I earned my BS in Psychology with a minor in Leadership of Organizations from Michigan State University, and I’m drawn to work that sits at the intersection of development, relationships, and emotional growth.
My approach to therapy is integrative, grounded in family systems, and centered around the caregiver–youth dynamic. I’m especially passionate about supporting children, teens, and families through big life transitions—the ones that shape who we are and how we connect with each other. I aim to bring humor, compassion, and curiosity into the room, and I believe healing happens best in spaces that are safe, honest, and nonjudgmental.
I consider myself a lifelong learner and feel deeply grateful for the chance to grow alongside clients. I’m excited to be part of your journey.
I’m Jacki, a practicum student at Meadow & Mind and a current Psy.D. candidate at Immaculata University. My path to therapy began after more than 25 years as an executive leader and coach, where I learned firsthand how meaningful change happens when people feel heard, valued, and supported. I bring this perspective into my clinical work, combining evidence-based strategies with a collaborative, strengths-focused approach.
My background in mentoring and coaching diverse teams helps me create an inclusive, growth-oriented space for clients navigating life transitions, workplace challenges, or relational concerns. I’m especially interested in supporting adults and leaders who appear “high functioning” on the outside but are seeking deeper understanding and fulfillment.
I hold a Master of Science from RMIT in Australia, an MBA from Drexel University, and a Bachelor of Science from Villanova University. I’m committed to ongoing learning and bring curiosity, empathy, and a practical mindset to every session. I look forward to partnering with you as you move toward your goals.
Developmental and learning differences show up in many ways—impacting focus, emotions, relationships, or how someone performs in school. A comprehensive evaluation helps make sense of these patterns, uncovering both strengths and challenges to guide meaningful support.
Life doesn’t always go according to plan. You might be navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, burnout, or big life transitions, and wondering where to turn next. While I specialize in reproductive mental health, I work with people facing a wide range of challenges, offering a space that’s compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in what matters most to you.
As a trained Gottman and EFT therapist, I specialize in helping couples build stronger, more fulfilling relationships by focusing on what actually works, like deepening connection, improving communication, and navigating conflict more effectively. Whether you're feeling stuck in old patterns or just want to feel closer again, I offer tools and structure grounded in decades of research to support lasting change.
I approach each assessment with empathy, respect, and a commitment to affirming your gender identity, creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported throughout the process. My goal is to ensure that your experiences are honored and your needs are clearly represented in any documentation or recommendations provided.
